Joe,

Eilish was 2 when she first cultured PA, and we thought at the time it

was the end of the world. On her very first culture she was in for

IV's, then the cipro & Coli. combination. After each 3 month cycle they

would re-check and yes each time it was still there. So on the 3 months

again. So that was 3-4 times. Once or twice it wasn't but two clear

cultures were needed. After 15months the culture was clear and every

time since it has been also. She has had Staph which her specialist

also hits hard. he agrees that it can help keep PA away but as he said

the whole point is to avoid lung damage and whether its PA or Staph they

both cause lung damage, its just everyone panics with PA (me included),

(Australia)
