Deb,

That is absolutely wonderful that Adam did so well. Is the aide

going to speak to the principal about the teacher accusing her of

lying? That is just crazy.

Way to go ADAM!

of reward right now (that is rather high!! but for now I have to use

the big guns;where if he gets an A on a test he can buy a game for

his game boy. Just for now we are doing this, I need him to

experience success and then begin to internalize the need to do well

without external rewards, and I would never ask him to get an A if I

didn't think he could get one).

have done this well all alone. "

Deb,

First congratulations to Adam.

Second, either you or the aid should not only confront the teacher but advise

the principal of what the teacher is saying. The teacher shouldn't let Adam

get discouraged. He's not saying in front of him but you don't know if he will

overhear it somewhere at school!!!!

I just told him to do it. Also we have a system of reward right now (that is

rather high!! but for now I have to use the big guns;where if he gets an A on a

Here's the kicker guys. After Adam returned to the class the aide says to me

The man refuses to believe the aide when she says he did the test himself.

Geez!! I know he can do it!!!!

OH man!!!
