i have a 2 yr old with asd and i suspect he was allergic to his

formula as a baby. now my twin 4 mos olds are having issues. they

both got ear infections at 4 mos which is a bad sign, constant

diarhea, extreme fussiness which is most likely caused by

gastrointestinal pain resulting from an allergy to milk protiens and

one is wheezing so she is probably developing excess mucus in the

nose and throat which is a reaction to milk protiens.

i want to start them on neocate which is for infants with a cow milk

allergy.

are there ingredients in neocate that make it extremely illegal? i

can't think of any other options at this point. is milk based but

lactose free better than a soy formula? we have been using both

trying to figure out which one they tolerate better.
