Guest guest
Lucy, The methadone works the best for me right now. I have to take it three times a day, though. Morning, noon and night. The one thing I like about the methadone is that it isn't very expensive, so if for some reason I lose my insurance, I won't have to pay as much as some of the others cost. If the methadone doesn't work out for you, you might also want to look into the Duregisic patches by Janssen. They are patches you can wear for upto 72 hours (3 days) and then put on another one (not in the same location, though). They have four different levels, 25mg, 50mg, 75 mgs and 100mgs. They used the pain medication called fentanyl. I've used them when I'm in the hospital and they work very well. If they don't stick on very well, you can call Janssen an they'll send you some bioclusive covers that keep them on better. Kimber -- Kimber Vallejo, CA hominid2@...
