Guest guest
Holly, My daughter's CF doc also said that she didn't need the RSV shot this year. But when we told this to her ped, it was a different story. Her ped felt that it would be VERY beneficial to Piper to get the shot this year, especially taking into consideration that her older brother is in pre-school, and around a lot of other kids. I was in complete agreement with the ped on this matter. So, needless to say Piper will be getting her Synagis shots this year too. Glad to hear that you did the same, I feel that it is always better to be safe than sorry. Especially since our kiddos have CF and getting RSV would be very detrimental to their health. Hope all is well with your little ones!!! Katy Mom to Austin 4 no CF & Piper 15 months w/CF
