Guest guest
Mimi, Thanks for the links. I've read them and can certainly add the prunes/prune juice. I can't drink water (makes me vomit). It became a whole big to do on the list that I won't repeat here. I actually am eating very little meat right now as I am transitioning from being a vegetarian. I really cannot do suppositories or enemas as I used to abuse them due to an eating disorder. I would hate to get back into the " habit " . So, I will have to hope that the dietary aspects will handle the problem. So, I guess it will have to be increasing my fruit intake. That should be interesting. I already eat quite a bit. Well, as much as the SCD has been allowing anyway. But, grocery shopping day is tomorrow - I'll see what the farmer's market has. Thanks again, Jazz -- Re: curious question Please search for the constipation protocol on Elaine's website. http://www.breakingtheviciouscycle.info/knowledge_base/kb/constipation.htm http://www.breakingtheviciouscycle info/knowledge_base/kb/constipation_continued.htm Decrease the amount of meat. Drink lots of water. Fruits are great for C. Mimi > Ok, I think that most people have problems with D than C. > > Well, this is now day 4 on the SCD and I am severely constipated.
