Mimi,

Thanks for the links. I've read them and can certainly add the prunes/prune

juice. I can't drink water (makes me vomit). It became a whole big to do

on the list that I won't repeat here. I actually am eating very little meat

right now as I am transitioning from being a vegetarian.

I really cannot do suppositories or enemas as I used to abuse them due to an

eating disorder. I would hate to get back into the " habit " . So, I will

have to hope that the dietary aspects will handle the problem.

So, I guess it will have to be increasing my fruit intake. That should be

interesting. I already eat quite a bit. Well, as much as the SCD has been

allowing anyway. But, grocery shopping day is tomorrow - I'll see what the

farmer's market has.

Decrease the amount of meat.
