I use ALL ONE Calcium Complex for my kids. I stir into into diluted

juice or add it to smoothies. I believe children need 500mg a day. My

ND said that it is SCD legal, but now that I'm here, I might as well

check with the group... It's ingredients are:

-Calcium Citrate

-Magnesium

-Amino Acid Chelate
