Hi Everyone:

Food for thought:

I too am playing around with the BMI calculator--but from a different

perspective.

I plugged in my weight when I married (age 23) and find that, if the BMI

had existed back then (it didn't) mine would have been 19. NINETEEN?????

That's way less than what the suggested guideline for 'healthy' is for that age

today. Funny, I don't remember anyone saying I looked unhealthy. And in photos

from that time I don't think I looked sickly.

Imagine, a BMI of 19: Back then, who among us would have thought....
