Guest guest
I don't know how much benefit it will have digestively. I can tell you that my sister-in-law had the same thing happen with an order from them about a month ago. She did use it anyway, and the yogurt appears to always turn out fine. No one in her family is doing scd though. She just makes the scd yogurt because it's so much healthier and cost effective for a large family. It has always tasted, smelled, and looked normal, but hopefully a moderater can give a more definite answer. Guest guest
Tammy, I have never used that product. I think you should call the company and ask them. It seems like this came up a while back and they ultimately assured the customer that it would be just fine. I don't blame you for being uneasy about it, though. Patti GI Prohealth Powder arrived in mail extremely hot... is it still alive and make effective yogurt? I used it anyway in my first batch of goat yogurt- it is still cooling and will be ready tomorrow. How do I know if it is still going to do its job after arriving in the mail sooo hot? Anyone have any positive thoughts on this? Thanks, Tammy
Guest guest
>Tammy, before I received my first orde there was a mix up in shipping. I ended up talking to someone at the company-I think it is a fairly small company. He told me that the probiotics can withstand a week not being refridgerated and should be fine even though they will arrive warm. I asked him how I would know if it was still good and he said, it wont make yogurt if it is bad-it will just be really runny. Hope this helps. Mandy > Tammy, > > I have never used that product. Guest guest
I tried my first batch of yogurt made with said powder and it looks and tastes like I would have imagined goat yogurt tasting like. I'm assuming it is still good to use. Thanks for all of your help! > >Tammy, before I received my first orde there was a mix up in > shipping.
