Hey Fliss, Hope you have a wonderful time. Good luck with your new shoe soles

lol how exciting. Love Always,

Good bye for a few days

Hello everyone,

I just wanted to say that I'll be away next week in Spain. The plane

leaves at 7.00 am tomorrow morning so it will be an early start from

home! My sons and their respective girlfriend and wife are with us

so we'll have a lift to the airport.

I bought a pair of orthoses from the Scholl shop to-day. It has made

a REMARKABLE difference so far to the pain in my feet, even the very

bad left one. Hope it lasts! I was very sceptical as I handed over

the cash, thinking it would be like those miracle creams that

aren't!! But it was MAGIC!! I was almost in tears with the pain when

I arrived at the shop having only walked from the car park about

three hundred yards away. I practically skipped through town for

another hour and a half once I had the things in my shoes! You can

wear them in any shoes except open sandals but thes tend to be OK

anyway if they offer good support and a really well-cushioned sole.

My walking shoes/trainers have excellent support so all in all, I

should be OK with the walking side of Spain.

I wish all my friends on the board an excellent week, as pain-free

as possible. Thank you all, as always, for your friendship, support,

superb information etc. etc.

With very good wishes,

Fliss (UK)
