Guest guest
, She is on flucloxacillin for 3 weeks at the moment so I am hoping that will cover any sinus infection. We have been doing physio 4x day and she is starting to cough better (if there is such a thing). Her voice sounds deeper than usual. She looked exhausted today but it was 42c/105f outside our house today so we are all exhausted. So she had extra salt on everything today. Re: ANOTHER COUGH , post nasal drip from the sinus can cause coughing. could she have a sinus infection? or it could be allergy related? ANOTHER COUGH I cant believe it, 10 days post IV's and Eilish is starting a cough. I know nothing was growing. Her voice sounds 'thick' and her cough sounds upper airways. I know my sinuses has been bad these past few days so maybe its that with her. Can a cough be caused by a sinus problem? She has clinic Monday and hopefully it will all settle before then. I'll scream if they let her out to early and we have to start IV's again. I tried to call the hsp. to ask what to give her to clear up sinus problems, but the pulmonary registrar on duty I refuse to talk to unless a emergency so I will call back tomorrow and speak with one of the others. Eilish is a very good little nurse I had to get her to put drops in my eyes as I couldn't do it myself and no one else was here. She did a great job and I think she loved being the doer not the one receiving meds. She was a Angel in there end of school play today. Only 3 days left till for our school for this school year and ours don't go back till 2nd February. So if by mid January I have gone bonkers that's why. BARBARA-Is Kristy at High School yet? I hope all goes well for the sinus surgery this week. Let us know what ward she is in. (Australia)
