My heart goes out to you! Yes you could be grieving! I still miss my folks and they have been gone awhile. When they died it was always the first holidays or birthdays that they were not at that made me blue. Still do at times.

As for the pred making you moody .... YES! It will make you really moody or it did me. I could cry at the drop of a hat. When I was really ill with the RP I was that way too. My hubby told me I was like Dr. Jeykle and Mr. Hyde! Poor guy he must have love me to put up with that!LOL

You also have a lot going on and it is in/on your face. That would make me moody too! My nose is the worst when it flares. Don't know if it hurts more than the ears or not but the nose really sends me!

You are in my thoughts and prayers and will stay there until I hear the news that you are getting better! Take care!
