Need cupcakes for school w/ good frosting recipe

Ok, the good news is that our teachers are very understanding and open

minded about diet. As long as i provide the substitutes, they are very

willing to implement.

I just need a basic cupcake recipe w/ a frosting, that can all be SCD

legal that I can make, freeze, and send in so they'll have it on hand

when kids in school bring in cupcakes for birthday parties.

If anyone has something they use that freezes well, let us know.
