Thanks, Ronnie. I looked briefly at the link Mimi gave. That looks like

it's geared more for permission to reproduce a small portion of a book,

journal, or whatever. I don't think that the permissions department will be

able to handle giving permission to reprint an entire book. However, they

should be able to point us in the right direction. What I would definitely

encourage is for you to ask about having them reprint the book. It appeared

that if we reprint it at our own cost, we will also be paying a fee to the

publisher to reproduce it. That may significantly drive up the cost. While

you're at it, would you ask about placing the book on audio? Thanks for

helping out.

Meleah,

I will provide her with all the information, see what she says,

and find out about reprints, audios and all the particulars. I hope

this is feasible. It would be so wonderful to have this material.

I'll keep in touch.

Best wishes,

Ronnie

I want to be ready in case we get copyright approval from the

publisher of the Haas book.

Please let me know by private email if you are interested in buying a

copy of Dr Haas' book so that I can estimate the demand when I return

to the print shop. I will then make a reservation for copies to be

made as soon as possible.

Mimi,

I'd love one of the Haas books. I also left a message at Lippincott about

getting permission, but if you hear first please include me! Thanks so much.
