approve, after DR. R sent his letter to them. I've just mailed my package to

DR. R today and then the rest will be just to have the surgery. Hold on you

yesterday and she said everything is in order, the procedure is covered, and

now they are sending it to the Medical Director for his approval. I am

supposed to have my answer by Tuesday..........the waiting is killing me but

Hi Christy, Just as ou predicted, I mailed my letter to Aetna on Friday of

last week. called 3 times this last week and was told Friday thaey had not

received it so I faxed it to attention and will see if she gets this one. If

not I am sending the next one registered and certified to the head of the

Hi : I have Aetna US Healthcare also, Hope Im as lucky as you are. My

claims office is in Tampa, fla. So far my claim has been mailed in one week

and

they say they haven't even received it yet so I faxed it in yesterday so maybe I

will hear soon.

Congrats on your approval. Keep me posted. I too don't like the $1000.00

Deposit plus the $225.00 but will do what I have to do. Phyllis
