Hello my friends. I had surgery and have been out of commission for a while

due to moving and not to mention the surgery itself. This is going to be a

little long so brace yourselves. My name is . My surgery date was

September 6 at 11:30. I don't remember the exact time that I went in.

Before I continue, I must say that I absolutely love Dr. Rutledge. He is the

best doctor I have ever in my life had the opportunity to meet. I remember

going in and I remember Dr. Rutledge coming in and after that, I remember

someone waking me up. After that, it was pure hell. I woke up, or at least

I think I did and for some reason, I could not breathe. I remember I

panicked. there was someone there and they asked me " DO YOU THINK GOD WOULD

BRING YOU THIS FAR TO DESERT YOU AND LEAVE YOU HERE? " I remember saying " I

KNOW HE IS HERE, I CAN FEEL HIM HERE. " After that, everything is a blur. It

was a horrible experience which I brought on myself by smoking. I had asked

some of you about your smoking and I was really trying to quit. But HEAR ME

NOW, I will never smoke another cigarette again as long as I live. And I will

tell everyone I know and those I don't know. PLEASE DON'T SMOKE. I am doing

fine now. I just need any advice about how and what to eat. Or at this point

should I say drink? Thank all of you for your prayers. I will be e-mailing

the Dr. soon with the surgery info (as if he doesn't know). I must say that

we have the best doctor in the whole wide world. in the mist of the

complication, I remember hearing the most pleasant voice I have ever heard.

It was Dr. R checking on me. He made me feel very secure, although I was

afraid. He is such a good doctor. I just wish I could give him the credit

he is due. I will never in my life be able to thank him enough. In spite of

the complication, I would have this again today if I had to. I must proudly

say, I had lost 20 pounds when I had me staples removed on the 14th. I love

all of you and may God bless you is my prayer.

(a new beginning)
