FMLA allows for up to twelve weeks (480 hours) of unpaid time off.

What matters is the number of hours. 480 hours is the equivalent of

60 days (remember these are work days, not calendar day). You must

have worked at least 1250 hours within the 12 months prior to the

leave, and you must have been employed with the company for at least

one year. Hope this helps.
