Hello everyone,

Hope there is as little pain as possible at the moment.

I have had a bad couple of days and still am. It may be the result

of a meal I had in London on Tuesday evening. It seemed fine but I

discovered when it arrived that the rice had butter in it. By the

time I got back to the hotel I was already feeling pain and haven't

been right since. It may be related to worry from what the doc told

me on Wed. It may have been the appalling train journey on Tuesday

afternoon. The air conditioning broke down (just in our coach!!)

and, of course, in " modern " air-conditioned trains you can't just

open a window! There wre no spare seats so we baked for over three

hours and I was already exhausted on arrival. On the other hand, it

may be just chance....we do have bad days, don't we?! I hope I wake

up OK in the morning.

There have been some really good articles and references. Thanks to

all who have pointed us towards them.

I haven't read all the posts properly yet so, if I'm not mentioning

something significant, I'm sorry!

I'm going to be away for a few days again as I'm going to Cambridge

tomorrow for my son's graduation on Saturday. I'll be back on

Monday, hopefully feeling better and ready to check all the posts!

We break up tomorrow so I'll be free next week to spend as long as I

want on the site.

I'll catch up with everyone then. Take care!

With love and good wishes,

Fliss (UK)
