Correct me if I am wrong ... but I believe the Codes are on the insurance

letter that you sent originally. Check it out and see if they are there.

HEY, LINDA! Boy am I getting the run around! My PCP says call your insurance

co. and pre-certify for your surgery next week. I tried and the snippy lady

said Dr. R's office must do this. I tried to reach Barbara to no avail and

but sent a detailed e-mail to her. I then wrote to Dr.R to let HIM know I

hadn't been able to reach Barbara and he wrote back immediately (bless him!)

giving me permission to be an official representative of his office and call

the pre-cert person myself! Well, I responded that I didn't know the codes

and was I REALLY supposed to do that?(whine!) He said in a matter of

speaking " you go girl! " and that the codes are on the paper! WHAT PAPER???

I must be missing something and I am in a semi-panic because I must do this

before I leave Mon.!! , If you know where this info. is would you

please let me know? I will be out of pocket all day , my three youngest

children are having allergy testing this AM! Zowie! Anyone else having

information welcome to give it, too. THANKS! Tami

I think the codes are on the letter Dr. R provided

you to send to the insurance company for

approval - I think it should be somewhere near the

top of the letter.

The paper is the patient information form you filled out that Dr. R.

emails back to you. The codes should be at the top of that paper on

the first page.
