What kind of pumkin is she using? Hope it isn't canned

No- She would not use canned. I have been ordering from her for over a

month now. She promotes strict adherence to the SCD diet. She actually

told me about cooking and preparing all of the pumpkins for Thanksgiving

pie. I asked her why she just didnt use squash but she told me that she can

taste a difference. Actually, if I tell her about a new food I am eating

she usually drills me about whether iI am sure it is legal : ) Her son and

nephew have been on the diet for years.
