Hi Everyone: I have forwarded my spreadsheets and anyone is welcome to use them

or to forward them on. Please remember that these spreadsheets can be changed

to suit your individual needs. ie. the timing of taking the meds. Other times

may be more suitable for you. The spreadsheets are really just a guideline to
