If you haven't heard anything after one week, call Barbara or email her,

but give her one week.

If I am correct, you handle all the insurance stuff now. The ins. co.

may contact Dr. R's office, but they (Dr. R's office) should let you

know if that happens.

Regarding the insurance.....you will get an emailed letter back from

Dr. R that you print and then send to your insurance company asking

for approval. His letter says it all for you. If you haven't received

his letter within a few days after filling out your on-line form I

would email Dr. R or call Barbara. Hope this helps.

, It took me a while to get my insurance letter. When I got it I

couldn/t open it because he used a program I don't have. My boss 8s

trying to open it today. Phyllis
