Honey cannot be pasteurized. We put " raw " on all of our labels so the

people know that our honey comes right from our beehives and is just as nature

intended. We do not heat or process our honey in any way, nor do we blend it

with corn syrup or any other honeys from other countries. These are common

practices, unfortunately, in the honey world.

Raw honey is that which has not been heated over 145 degrees for over 30

minutes.

Doing this kills the enzymes and amino acids.

Our honey is pure and raw and good for you.
