Third Appeal--Turned Down Again

Blue Cross and Blue Shield have denied me for the third time. This

letter was down right rude. They came right out and put it in print

get a lawyer and contact our legal department. No discussion of the

associated illnesses. So I guess I start running up the insurance

and get official diagonsis of all of them and get my attorney to go

from there. I guess its going to be a long drawn out fight.

, Which BCBS do you have? and what reasons did they give? I am so

sorry for you, but do love your attitude!!! With that attitude, how could

you lose? My money is definitely on you. I too have BC, Empire

BC, and I am waiting for their response. I am 55, and can not do a long

battle or else I'll be passed the age when Dr. R will do it. So, I am in
