Guest guest
Can anyone tell me why you use the carrot juice in conjunction with the garlic? Is it just to mask the pungency of the garlic or is there some yeast fighting capability in putting the two together? Also, I'm assuming the way to do this is to juice the carrot, and put the garlic clove right in the juice with the carrot. If that's wrong, please let me know. Thanks for any info. ~ Celiac _________________________________________________________________ All-in-one security and maintenance for your PC. The carrots also have an antifungal effect. Is it just to mask the pungency of the garlic or is there some yeast fighting capability in putting the two together? Yes, two antifungals are better than one. > > Also, I'm assuming the way to do this is to juice the carrot, and put the > garlic clove right in the juice with the carrot.
