I was using the recipe on the Pecanbread site. It called for olive oil and baking them. I ended up using Coconut Oil and baking them. I loved them, but he didn't seem to want to eat them. I was a little suprised. I put the leftovers in the fridge and I think I will just bake a few in my toaster oven and offer them to him at each meal until they are gone.
