I believe it is not only a typical behaviour of finnish men. German men and other do behave in the same manner. We try to solve problems with ourselves. Women often do better in those cases by more communicating. After all your problems it is good to hear, that your RP is stable. I allways do better in summer time. My wife and I were for three weeks in France (South France, Carcasonne) on vacation, had good weather, a lot of sun. We did also a lot of exercising by biking with our tandem. These physical exercises are very good for me. I get more power and physical stability within the range that my limited respiration allows. It makes me really happy.
