I work for a Saudi family, some of the time in Saudi, sometimes in US and passing through lots of other places. They pay for all my medical treatment. It is a live in job and they are obliged by law to take care of employees medical needs. Of course if someone really can't do their job they will send them home, so I guess I have been lucky! Most of the time I am OK, but they tend to be night people, and I am definitely a morning person! However, if I am not up to something in general it is not a problem. They have always made sure that I have access to godd doctors, etc. In Saudi I had to have a letter from the King's office to entitle me to treatment at the best hospital in Saudi! Here they pay, but the doctors I see here are excellent, and I have not found any differences in treatment approach.
