Take a few days off from it and start agin with the suggested amount. Carol F. SCD 6 years, celiac
Guest guest
Audrey, Hard to know since you have the variable of the carpet mixed into this first night after starting the yogurt. You did give a much bigger amount than we usually suggest starting with. The powerful probiotics in the yogurt can trigger big time die-off.... so we like people to start with only 1/8 tsp and just see how it goes.... increasing slowly. You might want to hold off for a day or two, then start again (sans carpet) with just that small amount and see how he does. Patti ----- Original Message ----- Last night we tried the goat's milk yogurt for the first time with Liam. I gave him about 1.5 tablespoons of it mixed with his peach sauce. This morning at 6 am he woke up with what seems to have been a nightmare and he was inconsolable for about 30 minutes--screaming and kicking. It was pretty severe.
