Guest guest
Hi Kris, Thanks for the kind message. As far as I know, the two procedures are done separately. I'll discuss the ERCP and the juice tests etc. with Prof before I have it. I've filled in the forms about my personal and family medical history to-day. a bit difficult because I haven't got all the details they want about my parents and grandparents. I'll have to go hunting to get all the info! I'm so sorry you're in pain with your back and panc. It's so discouraging isn't it? We have to make an effort to be positive sometimes, don't we? I hope it recovers very soon. Thank Heaven for your lovely youngsters! What are their names? I'm having a very bad day to-day as well, pain-wise. Not quite sure why. I'm going on holiday to Cornwall for a week on Saturday so I hope it clears up soon. It will be lovely to be by the sea (lovely Atlantic rollers!) but we often don't get the weather! the beaches are just glorious....little sandy, rocky coves and those lovely big waves....if only the sun appears! Take care Kris and look after yourself. Fliss (UK)
Guest guest
I'm glad the glueten free foods are helping, what exactly are glueten free foods anyway. I have to be pretty careful of what I put in my mouth but lately have had this huge cravings for sweets. Today was a rough day I ate dinner last night with my family and have been paying for it ever since. I wanted to go back to work to bring one of my friends there a gift for ther 50th birthday. When I got there she was off the floor so I was visiting with everybody. Well remember that nurse I worked with who had not spoken to me in months and months, well she starts answereing the questions you throw out to a group, How are ya'll, busy day? and what not. Well she was just cheery and filling in the details I had to wonder what got into her. She was trying to be nice, who knew. Dr Lehman sounds like such a great guy. Everybody who has posted about him have had only the greatest things to say. Does he do the endoscopic celiac plexus blocks at IU? I dont think I will have a rock star in the family either. He's going to start high school in a few weeks. So no doubt my house will be full of all kinds of anxiety. My eldest starts college too. I think they are starting to feel a little stressed and all excited and scared at the same time. Well I still have my little girl to keep things grounded. Glad your up and walking a bit, dont do too much but its good to get up and walk, feel better soon, Chrissy
