Guest guest Posted December 29, 2003 Report Share Posted December 29, 2003 Thanks .I called that # 1st thing this morning and they said my new machine will be arriving tomorrow(YEAH!!!)I inquired about the new little machine, he said theres a $6,000 difference(ouch!)but he would send the info on how to see if my insurance will cover it.I'm just so thankful to have a vest, I feel bad to ask for more, I dont want to seem greedy, but man would that little version be awesome! They will just replace it like Deb A. said. It is faster and they are more concerned with making sure you have a working vest than just picking it up for repair. Just wish all companies were like this. Also, you can find out who your local rep is so that in the future, you can contact them directly. I have the office and personal numbers for Milan's rep.
