Guest guest
Hi Leilla, Well I think we have a mot-mgb club now. Leilla, , Becky, Lynda, Dawn, and me Tracie. 7 year old twin boys I know you must be tired. I bet you have a good time with them. I don't know about raising them by my self though. I have and have always had much family support. Don't avoid the school functions they will remember Mom not being there. They love you regardless of what is on the outside. I know what you mean though. But if all you can be is a sideline mom its better than missing out on your children's activities. You may only be fat for a short time but your children will only be young once. Keep in touch. How far are you on the packet? When are you considering having the MGB? Where do you live? Tell me about yourself. I would like to know more about Leilla. Tracie -- In MiniGastricBypass (AT) egroups (DOT) com, galliel56@t... wrote: > hi karen, add me to that mot-mgb club. Guest guest
hi Tracie, thanks for being so encouraging. I will try to remember the comment that " they will remember me not being there " . I do really need to work on this as I am missing out on the fun times and I have no one to blame but myself. I live in Claremont,NC. I've been investigating this surgery since July; I've just sent in my Patient Information Form...didn't realize you can't save the form and I don't have a printer so guess what I'll be doing again sometime soon. I have gotten my 10 contacts, and they were all great!!I've got a very supportive PCP and had a physical with him last week and he should be working on his letter now. My concern is insurance...I work at the hospital and we are self-insured. I've already been told by the insurance co. that this is not a covered benefit, but I will appeal, and then appeal again, and again if need be. I've got to write my letter, and that has been difficult. I get this " mental block " whenever I think about starting...reminds me of doing papers in college. ugh! feel welcome to e-mail me anytime...would love to get to know more mot Leilla galliel56@... -- In MiniGastricBypass (AT) egroups (DOT) com, " Tracie " <traciebt@c...> wrote: > Hi Leilla, > Well I think we have a mot-mgb club now.
