Once you're past that, you could try some easy snacks like making a boat load of applesauce(don't forget that you can't buy it). Put it in small plastic containers, and freeze. Then, you can pull them out as you need themfor work, home, whatever. You can make " crackers " buy lining a baking sheet with parchment paper, placing shredded cheese on it, and baking. I think that Carol can give you the specific instructions for that. They apparently crisp up like crackers when baked. You can also start making muffins with nut butter instead of nut flour pretty quickly after the intro diet. Those are just a few ideas.
