Hello Robin and Carol thanks for the reply.

Very helpful! Thanks. Eating all those whole nuts and nut butter

should have been a no brainer as to why I've gained the weight. I

don't want to sound like Im winning. Just before I started this

diet I was having a hard time eating enough calories for the day,

and now I have too many. With being a full time working mother with

a new baby I am looking for fast fillers. The veggies and fruit are

good but leave me feeling hungry. I'm getting tired of all the

meat. I think I need to re-start the diet again. I've been doing,

what seems like, everything wrong. I haven't cooked most of my

veggies or fruit. I haven't been eating any dried fruit though, I

didn't think that was legal. I'm also frustrated because 3 years

ago I was a vegetarian, and diagnosed with hypothyroidism, so I

started following the schwarzbein principle diet, then I went and

had allergy testing done 1-3/4years ago and I was on a gluten free

diet, no yeast etc but that wasn't clearing the leaky gut. Now I'm

doing this. From the sounds of it, If I can do it right will cure

my problem. Oh and when I say vegetarian I mean sugar and carb

queen. That's how I got myself in this mess in the first place. =)

ha ha haa live and learn.

If you have any more tips please send them my way. I need fast and

easy snacks.

Thanks,

Lacy
