Guest guest
I hope you and your family are doing ok in the wake of your fathers death. My heart goes out to you now and I understand and emphathise with you entirely. Please let me know if there is anything I can help you with. Your mother will need to change many things and ya'll will need a lawyer. I planned my mother's estate after my dad died perfectly and I went the easy route. Saved a bundle in probate after her passing and didn't have to pay one penny on inheritance tax. You mother will have many things to do but she doesn't have to spend $1200 on a lawyer to do it all. Just to change the will and the title of the house and that should cost less then $200. All the other changes she can do easiely on her own. Please let me know if there is any thing I can do to help. As a matter of fact, my mother's estate worked out so well (except for those asshole siblings of mine) that several of my friends have been asking for advice as all our parents are getting older now. Well I know it is a difficult time but she is going to be slammed by all sorts of folks offering to do her legal stuff, Lily, they will rip her off. So be careful, those people read the obits and look for old widows to pounce upon. With all my love, do you have my home phone number. Email me at cdrrn@... if you need to talk. Chrissy Heys' where , she was just teasing us with her warm presence on here or what. Tell her I said to get her bonkee back on the board!~
