Guest guest
Here in Florida mine is good for 6 years before I have to renew it. My Rheumy filled out the information on the form. If you cannot walk 200 feet due to your disability that gives it to you. There is a temp on too, but in my case I'm getting close to the wheelchair with my hip. Am trying to hold out for at least two more years before I need a hip replacement. Sharyn -- Re: Handicap stickers Hi ,It wasn't hard at all. They are just for 6 or 12 months, and your doctor fills out a form from the state and you take it to the car licensing department and they give you a plaquard to hang from your mirror, showing the disability sign. It was very easy. Mine is good for 6 months, but I know Dr. Buckner will renew it when it's up.
