New Support Group in Vancouver, BC

Announcing the start of a new support group for people in and around

Vancouver, BC (Canada) who are following the SCD. We will meet the

first Saturday of every month, starting on Saturday, November 4, 2006

from 3-5 pm.

The meeting will take place at the Firehall Branch of the Vancouver

Public Library:

1455 West 10th Ave. (1/2 block east of Granville St.). There is free

underground parking behind the library, but bring change for street

parking in case the lot is full ($1 per 40 mins).

This is a group for people who are already committed to following the

SCD and who want support to follow the diet 100%. This is a place

where people can come to share ideas, recipes, local resources,

successes, failures, but most of all, to offer encouragement and

support.

There is also a new Yahoo group called " scdvancouver " that people are

encouraged to join for information about these meetings. You need to
