Guest guest
I was just looking on the BTVC website and it says that coconut milk (homemade of course - from fresh or unsweetened shredded) can be tried after being on the diet 6 months. I thought I saw a few posts a while back saying that coconut milk should be ok a lot sooner, but to wait to actually eat the coconut because it is very fibrous. Which is correct? Also, I just went looking for butter. The only one I saw without additives was Breakstone's Naturals (regular - not unsalted which says " natural flavors " ). The ingredients list on the regular salted just says " cream, salt " . Is this legal? Thanks, Lora
