Dear Patty,

It's great that you got all those problems solved with constipation.

Unfortunately, the drugs cause this, but we need the medication, so it

becomes a vicious circle. Having good motility helps so much, and that

exercise certainly doesn't hurt, either.

I'm glad that things are going so well for you.

With love, hope and prayers,

Heidi

Yep yep yep.. I am the same way... each time I try the almond flour I see small amounts of blood as well.. I am trying pecan flour and or coconut flour as substiutes each time.. It seems to mess with the consistancy but I will stay away from the almond flour for a couple more months ...then try it again..

Thank-you , All of You for your advice . I just got back home and now gave him

the charcoal tabs. Will get Mint Tea today. No more almond flour for now or nut

butters. Will try that later. It's a hard call , Up the steroids back up so he

can eat more variety or taper down . Even , with one pancake a day and two T

nut butter he still not gaining wt back still at 165lbs. First heal , then

fatten up I guess. Again, If this site where not here , well My husband would

be back in hospital, so thanks.
