Is it possible to not use the capsule and just mix the inside content

with food?

I don't know about this particular enzyme but with Enzymedica and

Houstons's enzymes you can open the capsules and mix with food.

The enzymes in the capsule look fine to use. The microcrystalline

cellulose is legal , but some do have trouble with it.

It is hard to know if the " Natural polysaccharide capsule " is okay

because that is too vague. If you dump the enzyme and toss the

capsule you's be legal for sure. If you want to use the capsule

you'll have to check it out with the company to find out exactly what

the capsule is made of (cellulose or something else).
