Salt that is Legal

Ordinary iodized table salt, altho it sometimes has dextrose, is legal because

it is important to get that iodine

I have been using iodized sea salt since we started the diet 5 weeks

ago. I just noticed an anti-caking ingredient on the ingredients

list - ugh! The anti caking agent is calcium silicate. I looked it

up on the BTVC website and didn't find an answer.

It's legal. Even the small amount of dextrose that is in some salt is actually

legal, believe it or not.
