Guest guest
Thank you, Liz, for the kind words. My theory is that exercising allows us to kind of rebuild the body and keeping the preservatives out lets us rebuild in a healthier way. The vegan thing just kind of happened. I never really cared that much for meat, especially red meat, and I love all vegetables and fruits. Have you tried Yoga? I'm addicted to it now and feel so good when I'm finished and in the relaxation pose. I really think Yoga has made the biggest difference in my improved breathing. This may sound weird, but when I bend forward then walk my hands out and just sort of hang upside down I breath almost like I did before RP. The Mayo Rheum. said that would make sense since I'm completely changing the dynamics of my airways. By the way, I love hearing about your travels. Living with so many cultural experiences sounds so intersting. Take care and enjoy each day.
