Guest guest Posted April 20, 2002 Report Share Posted April 20, 2002 I'm having a bad day. Just when I thought things might be looking up, doesn't my left ear start bothering me big time. Looked in the mirror & it is bright red. I also have what I call the start of a pimple at the top, just like my right ear started before they diagnosed me. I thought with the right ear it was a bug bite. I've had 3 rounds of metho & am down to 30 of pred. I'm ready to give up. It just doesn't stop. I haven't been running around because of my left & the achilles tendon so I don't understand. Of course there is some stress here, we are going to be downsizing soon & I'm not handling it well. I have mixed emotions about the whole thing. Oh well. Going to the PCP on Weds & the rheumy on Thurs so we'll see what they say. I will call tomorrow if the ear gets worse. Just had to vent a little.
