You need to do what is best for you. Not your boss and not your

doc. If you feel an ercp with stenting would be helpful then do

it. If you think you need to have another good long look at your

panc, have the mrcp. That is based on my own personal experience

and desires. I also prefer general anesthesia as well, for the ercp

anyway. Either which way theo most important thing is that you get

the relief that you need to carry on.
