Hey Cher,

This is Laurie's Husband. She was touched by your email and is

happy to know you and others are friends.

As for additional info and not hearing from Dr. R, yes, we

experienced that and felt God was teaching us patience. His office

is overwhelmed and these requisite details are easily messed up.

Barbara is a very sweet person though and tries hard to handle it.

Persistance and kindness pays off though. I wish most insurance

companies were as easy to deal with as Dr. R's office.
