OT: large griddle

I am in need of a big electric griddle type pan. Would anyone have any ideas

of one that isn't teflon coated? I have a family to cook for so I need a larger

one. I would reallllllly appreciate any leads. Thanks Pearl

Not electric, but there are various brands of cast iron griddles

(many reversible). They fit over two stove burners.

I'd opt for an unseasoned one - that way you can do it yourself with

ok-for-the-scd-person oil.

Jenn, thanks for the idea. Do you know the website? All I can google is an

essential oil company with that name. I've also never heard of titanium for

cooking, does it heat good and without anything toxic? Maybe like stainless

steel? I have staples in my intestines that are titanium :) Thanks Pearl

Pearl,

Does it have to be electric? I saw one on the net that

covers two burners and is cast iron--let me know if you need

more info.

Rhonda, It doesn't have to be electric but when I go away, I usually

take it with my and it works great in the hotel room. I could use

the cast iron one at home but it isn't as big as I would like one,

that is the draw back along . Thanks for your help finding one.
