Guest guest
Elaine felt that it probably would kill some of them.... all that whirring with sharp blades. It won't kill them all, though. You might want to whir all the other ingredients (banana, frozen cooked fruits, honey, etc.?) and somehow stir in the yogurt at the end. That would be much gentler on the little " yogurt fairies " . Patti goat yogurt question By putting the yogurt in the blender and making smoothies, does that kill the good bacteria? Trish
Guest guest
I have been adding knox gelatin to my yogurt so it's pretty formed, but I can try not adding the gelatin that way I wouldn't have to put the yogurt in the blender at all. " We have been told o Pecanbread it will be good a little longer, but it never lasts beyond three days here because I eat it my maximum amount every day Carol F
