Health Food Stores, faremer's markets, supermarkets. Thery may be called Red

lentils too.

I find them in the bulk bins at my natural foods store..... or individually

packaged in the ethnic section with east Indian foods.

They are just the same as the grayish-green ones.... but have been de-hulled,

so much easier to digest (and take less cooking time).
