Confused about Farmer's Cheese

I am phoning Western Creamery (Liberty Foods) to be sure of what is in

10% DCCC. If skim milk is added after it's been made into cheese it

would not be legal as there would be lactose. The brand is listed as

legal in BTVC but I will double check about the 10%. I thought Elaine

said it was OK but I need to be sure.
