Looking for supportive PCP in Southern land or DC area

Hi, my name is Kaufmann and I am desperately looking for a supportive

PCP in the southern land area, i.e. County, Prince s or

Washington, DC area. I need this surgery for my health as well as my mental

health. I have severe sleep apnea, hypertension, hyperglycermia, high

cholesterol, high triglycerides, hypothyroidism, severe migraines, anxiety;

not to mention the grief of not wanting to go out with friends or family

because of how guilty I look. My insurance in FreeState (Carefirst) which is

a subsidiary of BC/BS. Please if you can refer me to a doctor in the area, i

would be most appreciative. I'm crying just writing this letter, I feel

like I'm at the end of my rope. Don't get me wrong, when I read your

inspiring messages of your surgery, i feel totally uplifted and am are so
